S13 Basics pt. 1

BASICS

The goal of this post is two fold.

The first being the ground rules for the clan, and the second being a basic tactics for Units as well as the entire team.

RULES

1. Follow unit leaders orders: We're all equal in S13 having unit leaders however helps establish order within the clan.

2. All recruiting will be done by S13 Unit Leaders ONLY.
That means that if someone wants to join S13 THEY must talk with a Unit Leader
A List of Units and Unit Leaders is available on this blog under the "Clan Roster" entry.

3. To finalize recruitment: ANY new members of S13 the Unit Leader and new member must both speak with the Clan Leader, Mikebravo9er

4. No Clan Hopping: If you have successfully joined S13 and wear the S13 tag it is requested that you leave the tag on at all times. If you actively participate in another clan then there's no reason for you to be in S13. Some exceptions are made, but must be taken up with the clan leader.

5. Respect Clan members: That means that any Disrespectful talk about other S13 members will not be tolerated. All members have the right to voice their opinions on all matters, including that of how other members function in game. If you feel a member is not doing so well at a certain action you are entitled to your opinion, However it is requested that you show some discretion in your chosen words and respect that most members are trying their best for the good of the clan.

6. Complaints If there is a complaint against another member bring it to your immediate UL-(Unit Leader) who will in turn let the other UL's as well as the CL-(Clan Leader) know what the problem is and how it will be resolved.

7. Clan Matches: Matches will be decided by the Clan Leader who will discuss with the ULs the time and location based upon Members schedules.

8. Clan TIME: All S13 Events will be released in ZULU time to help coordinate members
